The Integrated Food Security Strategy for South Africa is a sectoral national strategy of South Africa in force for the period of 2002-2015. Its main goal is to eradicate hunger, malnutrition and food insecurity over 2015.

This Act provides for the expropriation and taking for use of land and other property (movable or immovable), by the Minister of Public Works or by certain local authorities, for public and certain other purposes. Notice of expropriation to owners as well as offers of compensation must be made. If owners do not claim specific amounts of compensation, the Minister will make an offer for compensation (sects. 9-11). The criteria for determining compensation are contained in section 12.

The Medium Term Development Program is a multi-sectoral national Program of the Kyrgyz Republic covering the period of 2012-2014. The main goal of the Program is to increase living standard of the population and poverty alleviation based on economic growth, improvement of business environment and development of the efficient governance system.

The Regulation establishes certain conditions and criteria for the transfer of the ownership or right of use of land, houses, vehicles and household equipment. Further provisions concern the determination of the selling prices, the rights and obligations of purchasers, lessees or successors.

This Decree establishes that the competent authority for real estate issues is the countrywide network system of land offices (territorial and local offices). They are responsible for registration of legal transactions, cadastral mapping changes and dealing with land and other real estate property-related activities. The Hungarian Land Register is owned and maintained by the Ministry of Rural Development. This Decree establishes also the Institute of Geodesy, Cartography and Remote Sensing as the institutional body for land surveying and geo-information.

This Decree makes provision for the grant of land use right certificates, house ownership and residential land use right certificates; exercise of land user rights; recovery of land and land related compensation and support; procedures for land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement upon land recovery by the State for defence and security purposes, economic development, etc.; and for the settlement of land-related complaints.

The Act determines in the Schedule the areas set apart under section 2 of the Concessions Partition Act, and states the conditions under which the Swazi nation is entitled to the sole and exclusive use and occupation of said areas.

This Circular provides for certificate forms of land use rights and house and land-attached asset ownership, for information and contents to be presented on the certificates and for registration of changes after certificates have been granted.

This Decree, consisting of 12 Chapters, approves the Regulation for the territorial planning of Mozambique for a sustainable use of the environment, and is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. The purpose of this Law is the establishment of market oriented conditions in the agricultural sector based on private ownership. Land transfer and the use of land as guarantee for land-based credit should promote the efficient operation of new businesses. This Law basically regulates the use of arable land and aims to create landed properties suitable for competitive agricultural production, avoiding to burden land with the effects of excessive subdivision.
