La presente Ley aprueba las Directrices de Ordenación General y las Directrices de Ordenación del Turismo de Canarias en materia de ordenación territorial para la dinamización sectorial y la ordenación del turismo.

La presente Ley de rehabilitación, regeneración y renovación urbanas, tiene por objeto regular las condiciones básicas que garanticen un desarrollo sostenible, competitivo y eficiente del medio urbano, mediante el impulso y el fomento de las actuaciones que conduzcan a la rehabilitación de los edificios y a la regeneración y renovación de los tejidos urbanos existentes, cuando sean necesarias para asegurar a los ciudadanos una adecuada calidad de vida y la efectividad de su derecho a disfrutar de una vivienda digna y adecuada.

This Regional Law regulates relations, originating in the sphere of organization, conservation and protection of protected areas with a view of conservation of unique and typical ecosystems and complexes, wild fauna and wild flora species, and control of changes in the state of biosphere. Protected areas shall be classified as follows: (a) natural parks; (b) nature monuments; (c) dendrological parks and botanical gardens; and (d) healthcare areas and spas.

El presente Reglamento sobre valores guía en suelos para descontaminación de sitios afectados por emergencias ambientales y derrames, tiene por objeto establecer el listado de sustancias químicas y los valores guía a partir de los cuales se podrían provocar alteraciones perjudiciales a la calidad del suelo, a fin de evitar daños a la salud pública y al ambiente, así como establecer los procedimientos administrativos para la gestión del riesgo en casos de contaminación de suelo y medios con los que éste tenga contacto.

This Act provides definitions and framework for the assessment and management of flood risks from watercourse and lakes with the aim to reducing risks in vulnerable areas.

The Act makes amendments to Nature Conservation Act (insertion after article 17, section 2, No. 2) with regard to the establishment of additional testing opportunities for free municipalities - specifically areas as part of free municipality testing to be regulated by local planning.

This Act contains provisions on the planning of land, water and construction. The purpose of these provisions is to promote community development and sustainable living environment. The Act regulates urban and rural landscape planning in municipalities, safeguarding cultural sites, management of energy, water, climate, waste, transport and hygiene conditions. Land Reserve and public places: zoning municipalities may determine land reserves allocated for road (traffic and transport) and energy (network and cabling) activities.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in respect of Wales in article 2 and in Part 1 of Schedule 2.

This document gives guidance on the implementation of Fingerplan 2013 land's planning directive for the metropolitan area planning. The National Planning Directive aims to ensure that future Finger Plans by providing a forward-looking common basis for the 34 metropolitan municipalities planning. Finger Plan 2013 builds on and is a revision of the Finger Plan 2007. Finger Plan 2013 replaces the rules of the Finger Plan 2007.

This Order sets regulations on the planning of land use and contributes that ensure the protection of the environment for sustainable human living conditions and preservation of animal and plant life.

These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Conservation of Wild Birds. The purpose is to ensure protection from disturbance, capture and damage to nests and eggs under Article 5 of the Directive for all species of birds, not just the birds listed on Schedule 3 (with the exception of those birds covered under Articles 7 for hunting and 9, where derogations are listed).

The present Law implements the Federal Water Association Act of 12 February 1991 (BGBl. I p. 405). In preparing the budget, the Associations must comply with the principles of efficiency and economy. The budget must include all incomes and expenses anticipated in the relevant financial year. For greater investments over several years, an appropriate plan has to be made. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Budget, accounting and inspections (1); Public announcements of the competent authority (2); Water charges (3); Dissolution of existing associations (4).
