Through this Order, agricultural products produced in this country must bear indications referring to organic production method in accordance with Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in Part 40 of Schedule 2 in relation to England only. The purpose of the present Law is to regulate waterworks, the use and protection of waters, management of water resources as well as the protection of soil, sanitation of polluted areas and waste management. The Law applies to all public and private waters, soil and polluted sites in the area of the Canton.
The aim of this Proclamation is to improve management and utilization of land and land resources for agricultural purposes. It applies to all land that lies outside of municipal borders. The Proclamation defines the right to acquire, free of charge, rural land by adult residents of the region, whose livelihood depends on agriculture, and other subjects. It also defines land use rights of peasants, pastoralists and semi-pastoralists and provides for the protection of such rights.
A landscape simulation was designed and tested in Viengkham, a mountainous district in the north of Lao PDR. By virtue of this Agreement the Parties aim at the protection of the ecosystem and sustainable development of the Prespa Park Area. Cooperation includes the prudent management of water quality and quantity of the Prespa Lakes; pollution prevention of control; biodiversity protection; protection of soil against erosion, depletions, infections and pollution; preventing the introduction of alien animal and plant species. The Agreement provides for the adoption of plans, porgrammes and environmental standards and criteria to achieve these objectives.
This Decree implements Regulation (EC) No. 166/2006 concerning the establishment of a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register. El presente Real Decreto aprueba el Reglamento de Gestión Urbanística para el desarrollo y aplicación de la Ley sobre régimen del suelo y ordenación urbana, que dispone que la ejecución del planeamiento urbanístico corresponde, dentro de sus respectivas esferas de actuación, a la administración del Estado, a las entidades locales, a las entidades urbanísticas especiales y a los particulares.
