Regulations for Earthmoving and Sedimentation Control (Title X, Chapter 1).
These Regulations, made by the Yap State Environmental Protection Agency under the Yap State Environmental Quality Protection Act, shall apply to all earthmoving activities as defined in these Regulations. They provides for measures to prevent erosion caused by earth moving and sedimentation. All earthmoving activities within Yap State shall be conducted in accordance with these Regulations and in such a way as to prevent accelerated erosion and acceleration of sedimentation.
Chapter 2 of Title 29 of the Yap State Code - Yap State Deed of Trust Act.
This Act specifies rules relative to the writing, transfer, foreclosure, etc. of a deed of trust and defines legal consequences and proceedings in relation with the creation or foreclosure of a deed of trust. A transfer in trust of an estate in real property may occur to secure the performance of an obligation or the payment of a debt. A transfer does not entitle the trustee or beneficiary to the possession of the property, except as provided in this Act. The Act also provides for the establishment of a loan guarantee escrow account by trustees.
Chapter 5 of Title 22 of the Yap State Code - Land Surveyors Registration Act.
The purpose of this Act is to provide for the establishment of a Yap State Board for purposes of registration of land surveyors so that land surveys and maps for public record purposes may be attested by the registered surveyor who performed or supervised the work. The Act defines the practice of land surveying and defines prohibited practices.
