These Rules, made under section 11 of the Commonage Act, concern commoners in the Tarpum Bay district. The Rules: allow a commoner to take up abandoned land of another commoner for cultivation; set limits for the proximity of cultivation on land bordering land of another commoner; provide rules for the setting fire to fields and provide for arbitration in case of damage; place restrictions on the sale of land by commoners; require a commoner not to fell more land than he or she is able to cultivate within a year; and secure free access to water resources by commoners.
El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento Autónomo para el Otorgamiento de Arrendamientos en Asentamientos Campesinos, con la finalidad de asentar familias rurales y vincularlas a un régimen sano de posesión de la tierra, en procura de mejoramiento de su condición social y económica.

Por la presente Resolución se crea el Programa de Inclusión y Desarrollo Rural, cuyo objetivo general consiste en promover el desarrollo productivo con inclusión económica, social, política y cultural de los agricultores familiares, pequeños y medianos productores y comunidades de pueblos originarios del territorio nacional, con equidad de género y generacional.

These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Conservation of Wild Birds. The purpose is to ensure survival and reproduction of all species of birds to which Article 4 relates and in particular those listed in Schedule 3 to these Regulations. Schedule 4 lists activities that require the consent of the Minister and may cause disturbance or damage to birds protected under Schedule 3.
This Decree amends the Decree on the monitoring of requirements for good agricultural practice and environmental conditions and prescribing operational requirements relating to the environment and the scope of cross compliance in article 8 on the use of sewage sludge in agriculture. The article concerns control of the quality and contents of sewage sludge (including presence of heavy metals) used as fertilizer and its effect on the environment.
This Decree provides for control measures as established by article 25 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1782/2003 establishing common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers. It makes provision for an integrated administration and control system for purposes of the Regulation.
The Order inserts article 4a which reads: "No application for the awarding of subsidy shall be submitted as of 1 March 2012".

This Decree provides for the management and use of rice-farming land in rice-growing areas.The Decree provides for: the formulation and management of master plans and plans on rice-farming land; conditions for the change of the use purpose of wet-rice farming land and of other rice-farming land; responsibilities of users of rice-farming land and of land users that change the purpose of rice-farming land; protection and improvement of the quality of rice-farming land; support policies for the protection and improvement of rice-farming land; etc. Repealed by: Decree No.
The Order applies to financial assistance to farmers. The provisions of this Order relate to specific subsidy for the maintenance of permanent pasture areas.
The Order applies to rural development. The "Common Schedule" is a form used to apply for certain types of agriculture to be carried out in specific land areas. These applications are submitted to the Danish AgriFish Agency in order to obtain partial or full subsidy for these farming activities. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall ensure that registration of these applications are done electronically. There may only be submitted one application for each farm. Areas in which a farmer has given grazing rights to others, shall be included in the farmers’ application.
