La presente Resolución imparten orientaciones para remitir a la Subdirección de Seguridad Jurídica o a las Unidades de Gestión Territorial por delegación del Director General, los expedientes de procesos y procedimientos iniciados en diversos municipios por demanda, y en los cuales se están realizando intervenciones catastrales bajo la metodología de levantamiento predial del catastro multipropósito, en el marco de la elaboración de planes de ordenamiento social de la propiedad rural.

Implementa: Decreto Nº 2.363 - Crea la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT). (2015-12-07)

Equally, the opportunities provided by technological development also influence design approaches. The Land Administration Domain Model (LADM) attempts to align both: the data model provides a standardised global vocabulary for land administration.

The research was conducted using a qualitative research method, a review of existing literature on spatial data acquisition and management techniques for cadastral purposes. The empirical data have also been collected.

In Nigeria, the spatial requirements of cadastral map for the purposes of land registration are based on 2D planimetric boundary coordinates without consideration for the elevation component of geometric space. Whereas, recent development in technology and practises in many countries requires the inclusion of elevation component into the cadastre. The specific objectives of this study are to determine elevation values for existing 2D cadastre of the study area from different data sources and to analyze those elevation values using statistical means.

Since the commencement of land registration in Nigeria, less than 3% of land, mainly in urban areas had been registered. This is partly due to the prevalent sporadic method. Sporadic procedure of obtaining title is associated with many problems which include time and cost. This study examined space-enhanced systematic land titling and registration (SLTR) approach in Ondo State, Nigeria towards easing the titling logjam in the State. Questionnaire and Oral interview were used to elicit information from landowners and heads of departments of two government agencies.

3D Cadastre for Land Administration: Some issues about the Moroccan context

With the fast world population growing, the efficient use of land properties became of great necessity. In this context, the traditional two-dimensional (2D) cadastral management mode cannot satisfy the need of current 3D land use and 3D urban planning (Guo et al. 2014). So, developing a 3D cadastral system is a very promising solution for land administration. However, the development of such a solution can be faced to some challenged issues related to economic, legal, technical and organizational aspects. In this paper, we present some basics about the 3D cadastre in Land governance.
