Item 3 regarding certification of land ownership shall be supplemented with the following phrase: “Shall be certified by a state land registration certificate.”

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley que reconoce los derechos posesorios y regula la titulación de predios en las zonas costeras y el territorio insular, que tiene como objetivo establecer el conjunto de normas y procedimientos con el propósito de cumplir las acciones de reconocimiento de derechos posesorios y la titulación de predios ubicados dentro de los bienes patrimoniales de la nación, tierras baldías nacionales, zona costera y territorio insular.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto los principios y directrices para la elaboración del Plan de Uso de Terrenos del Estado Libre de Puerto Rico, el cual constituye el instrumento fundamental en la planificación del aprovechamiento óptimo de los terrenos, basado en un enfoque integral que garantice al mismo tiempo un desarrollo sustentable del país y la conservación de los recursos naturales. La autoridad responsable de formular el Plan es la Oficina del Plan de Uso de Terrenos, establecida en virtud del artículo 3º.

La présente loi est composée de 131 articles regroupés en huit (8) titres, notamment: les dispositions générales (Titre I); les règles relatives à l’utilisation du sol: documents généraux, documents d'urbanisme (Titre II); les opérations d'aménagement et outils d'intervention (Titre III); la préemption (Titre IV); les règles relatives à la construction (Titre V); le contrôle et sanctions (Titre VI); les dispositions transitoires (Titre VII); les dispositions finales (Titre VIII).Le présent Code définit les règles applicables en matière d'urbanisme et d'aménagement urbain.

The President decrees that the plots of land and the property connected with them must be considered real estate. The real estate contracts are regulated by Civil Code in accordance with Land, Forestry, Environmental, other specific Legislative Acts and this Decree. Physical And juridical persons, that own plots of land, have the right to sell, to bequeath, to give as a gift, to mortgage, to lease, to exchange and to render them as a share to the-joint stock companies. Each landowner is provided with land certificate that must be registered into land cadastre.

La presente Ley modifica la Ley que crea el Registro Nacional y la Ley del catastro nacional, en aspectos relacionados con la creación del Registro Inmobiliario.

This Decree sets forth the modalities of state registration of rights of natural and legal persons related to land plots and perennial plants, and also mortgage contracts and other ownership rights to land plots. It shall not be applicable to subsoil. Right of ownership, origin thereof, transfer, restriction, termination of rights and transactions therewith shall be subject to mandatory state registration. Body performing state registration shall be responsible for issuance of state registration certificate.

A Land Survey Board is established under section 3. The Board shall be chaired by a Director of Surveys, the duties and functions of which are set out in section 11.Responsibilities of the Board are set out in section 5. The Director of Surveys shall be the custodian of the Survey Register in which surveys shall be entered (sect. 14). Other provisions of this Act concern qualification and registration of land surveyors and the practising of their profession.

La presente Resolución modifica la Norma para la determinación de valores oficiales de terrenos rústicos a nivel nacional, por cuanto corresponde denominarlos Valores Arancelarios de Terrenos Rústicos a nivel nacional, que son expresados en nuevos soles por unidad de superficie, para cada una de las regiones geográficas y dentro de éstas a nivel de departamentos, provincias y distritos.

The present Ordinance enacts the Survey and Cadastre Law of 12 May 2004. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to powers conferred to competent authorities. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Powers of the Land Survey Office Schleswig-Holstein (1); Powers of Cadastre Offices (2); Buildings (3); Notes on evidence from other public bodies (4); Data transfer and access procedures (5); Authorizing of access to data and granting of extracts (6);Fees and compensation (7); Entry into force (8).

This Act establishes guidelines on surveying and mapping services through the Survey and Cadastre Authority. The latter must perform the geodetic surveying and topographic mapping of Denmark including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, conduct cadastral and surveying services, perform the seismic service in Denmark including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, perform research and development work in geodesy and seismology.
